We’ve chattered about this building at 334 W. Menomonee numerous times in the past.  It is a 16-unit conversion in the Historic Triangle. Only a handful of units have sold in the building.

We’ve chattered about 334 W. Menomonee in Old Town, the 18-unit historic conversion by Melrose Partners, several times in the past.

Last April, Unit #106, a 1-bedroom unit, had re-appeared on the market after it had been listed for much higher previously.

334 W. Menomonee in Old Town has been a mysterious building. 
334 W. Menomonee, in the historic triangle, is Melrose Partners’ historic conversion into 18 luxury condos. The finishes were more upscale than you would find in other nearby conversions such as Crilly Court. But so were the prices.
