		<description>Seems like a pretty good deal to me.  Even though the building does front Armitage, it's setback enough to make it more acceptable.

Plus it has parking (though uncovered) and is in a really nice part of LP.  Yeah, the 60s-tastic urban redevelopment architecture is not necessarily wonderful, it's not horrible either - look at it as living is a piece of urban development history.  

I would be concerned about sufficient storage - this place is likely slab on grade construction and probably has limited storage in the unit.</description>
