Crib Chatter Vacation Schedule Next Week: Luxury Week!
I’m going to be out of town enjoying myself on the slopes next week (some states have to have some snow, right?)
So that means it will be the Crib Chatter vacation schedule!
You know the drill by now. That means there will just be one post a day. Sorry. I know it’s boring but you have to admit, the housing market simply IS boring right now.
Hopefully that will be changing in just a few weeks.
But in the meantime, next week’s topic will be Mansions and Penthouses. You KNOW I love to chatter about those dream properties.
I’ll be checking in from the ski lodge but I hope everyone is on their best behavior with their comments while I’m gone. (I’m not going to name names.)
Also- some of you have sent me tips recently for which I am grateful. You all have your pulse on the market and you’re finding me interesting properties. I appreciate it!
Never fear, I’ll be covering some of those properties when I return.
Best wishes,
Sabrina

Where to? Perhaps we’ll be hearing about a Crib Chatter documentary premiering at Sundance?
We have always talked about a crib chatter get together/happy hour but nobody has ever organized one – well, it’s a new year and I’m going to take the initiative. I will host one at LGV chicago (215 e chestnut – next to Water tower place) on Fridays – mention “clio” and I will pick up 20% of your bill. There will be a prize to the person who correctly figures out each person’s internet persona!!!

Damn– I’m not going to be in the city for two months, otherwise this is stumbling distance for me.
Clio – I’d go just to see the Lambo out front but cannot make it today. The pregnant wife is obviously slowing down our social life. There are a few of you Clio, Sonies, Anon, Bob, and Laura that I have mental pictures of in my mind. Wonder how far off I am….

‘Sup, Clio?
We had an awesome time hanging with you a couple of weeks ago, btw.
See you again soon.

I wish! No- Steamboat Springs.
Have a great time in the Boat, Sabrina.
The market is dreadfully boring right now. Inventory levels 50-70% below that of a couple years ago, depending on neighborhood.
with 30% of Chicago homes underwater and even more with no equity , that greatly reduces the number of eligible homes for sale.
Im in paradise as well this week… good timing sabrina!
