  1. $320K, parking extra, and no door/full walls for my bedroom? No thanks.

I do wonder – is the bike part of the staging or is it a sign there’s no place to put it in the complex?

  2. I wonder about the bike too. It looks really tacky sitting out in the open and screams “no space.” Now, if it was a penny farthing, it would be awesome.

It’s always surprising to me how much people will give up to live in Lincoln Park – no second bath, cramped master bathroom, no private outdoor space, plus an extra $30k for parking… no thanks.

  3. Pro tip for the REALTOR (TM) — showing the same room from 18 different angles just makes people realize how small it is.

  4. awkward layout to relax in. The bathroom by no means looks cramped though. I wouldn’t pay 350 all in for a 1bed 1bath, but someone prob will.

  5. Nice 1BR loft. I think this will sell soon.
As for the photos, I agree too many of them.

  6. You guys don’t really think anyone pays or the extra parking, right? Every sale I’ve seen always throws the parking in without the supposed 30-40K tag.

  7. Oops. I meant to say cramped master bedroom. The ceilings make me feel claustrophobic.

  8. Love the exposed brink and timber ceilings, but hate the open bedroom with low ceilings and lack of any outdoor space. In order to make this a passable bacehlor/ette pad, there would need to be someplace to throw a grill.

“In order to make this a passable bacehlor/ette pad, there would need to be someplace to throw a grill.”

Why would a bacehlor/ette pad need a place for a grill or even outdoor space? When I was single, all I needed was a bed and it was nice to have something interesting such as a skyline view, exposed brick/timber ceilings….but a grill or place to grill wasn’t exactly high on the list.
    (BTW, I’m a 12month griller)

  11. Lincoln Park 1 bedrooms are NEVER worth $300k. especially with as many deficiencies as this one.
