This is a project. I recently looked at the 3rd unit and it needs major renovations. Damaged, holes in the wall, water damage, possible mold, no appliances, no toilets, no light fixtures. Ha they got it all and left their mark. And the MLS listing is wrong. The 2 rooms might 9×9
