It also has the only private attached garage in the building.

Two of the bedrooms are on the second floor and two are on the third.

  1. Weekly purchase applications, by the way, ran 20% higher than a year ago last week.

But 2014 was a dead year in housing. Purchase apps were at 30 year lows last year so the numbers HAVE to be better. Next year is when you’ll really see if this boom holds. By January we’ll be seeing much stronger year over year comps.

Buyers are definitely taking advantage of lower mortgage rates right now. Many are scared that rates will be rising in the fall.

  2. I don’t know… if the place you’re selling hasn’t sold in 50 days then maybe you’re asking too much.

  3. I bet if you raised the price by 50k, installed some hardwood floors instead of that travertine tile and bad carpet everywhere it would have already sold, also… nice veiw… lol

    because, “lincoln park”

  4. Love the unit and building despite how distracting the inconsistent interior design & furniture is. Doesn’t look like you have the nicest view from the unit, but it’s a trade off. The views of the park across the street are nicer but you have to deal with the sounds of screaming kids all day. Assessments seem too low!

  6. This place looks really nice. I am not sure on the price, but I prefer townhouses to condos.
