I last chattered about this vintage condo at The Cordova at 1429 N. Dearborn in the Gold Coast in November 2007.
It is still on the market and has been reduced by $35,000.

Looks like #3S is now on the market (@Prop, Mar 30 Trib ad for open house). KSGMAC lists #4N as being “under contract (pending)”.
Per CCRD, unit #4N sold for $655K. That is just below the price for #1N last summer and just above the price for #4N in 2004.
If they’d priced it at $675K (or so) in November, they might have been able to save 6 months of carrying costs.
