  2. The decorations looks like an upscale suburban home. Nothing wrong with that, it just looks out of place in River North. Could you raise kids here, of course, you can raise kids anywhere. For this kind of money, the question, is would you want to raise kids here. Nope, it wouldn’t be fun for the kids or the parents. No parks, no place to ride a bike, no place to play….no other kids to play with. A complete fail for a family with young children.

  3. The floors look to be cupping. The problem you get when install cheap wide plank bamboo flooring. Perhaps caused by an inadequate humidity control system.

  4. Not enough storage, or cabinet space, to raise a family. Too far from any green space. Too transient.

  6. I think this will most likely not be used to raise kids just as is isn’t now. A three bedroom place can easily be used as a master, guest bedroom and office/family room as this is being used now and as we used our 3 bedroom condo without kids.

True, so true. How many school aged children actually live in this building? not many I presume, but out here in Long Grove, there are lots of families, such a family friendly place, Long Grove, Long Grove…

It’s not like hh is gonna need a place to raise kids. Based on his recent posts hh’s still focused on that dream life he’s read about for years in Penthouse Forum. It’s important to have a dream right ace?

Yes, living the dream like Mr. Big. I thank feminists for creating the show Sex In the City. That’s because it teaches all the young girls to SHUN beta losers like you. They all would prefer to avoid the southbounds’s and chase the Eat Slut Love dream. They don’t want to be tied down to guys like you southbound, they want guys like me, and now they are free to do so without any shaming. It’s the 80/20 rule, just like RE brokerage: the top guys get the majority of the girls. But watch out for these sluts, when they hit 35 and after they’ve been pumped and dumped countless times by alpha men, they search for their beta provider schlub like southbound to “settle down” with.

  10. “..living the dream like Mr Big..” Yeah, that’s the ticket. Ime guys who call themselves ‘top guys’ and brag about a multitude of one night stands in college didn’t have any (but read about them in Penthouse & Playboy and saw others have them on tv shows).
Imo hh is guy who couldn’t get laid if he found his sorry a– in an open bar meeting of horny nymphos but he still believes he’s qualified to offer excellent relationship advice to people who’ve been married for 30+ years (to one partner unlike DT who’s got kids w/ 3 diff women). hh sounds a lot like Dan Dropik who’s returned to college @ UW Madison in his 30’s after serving some yrs in fed pen for a misunderstanding involving his burning down some black churches. Like cc’s Dan he hopes to start alt right group to fight “anti-white racism on campus”. Yeah, that another ticket! News photo of Dan make him look even more crazy than his (& hh’s) thoughts if that’s even possible.

Yeah no massive parks or nice beaches nearby. I mean, how am I going to raise severely obese children if they have to walk a mile to the park?
