cool place. there is some neat stuff in Rogers Park. If you go further west there are some great old buildings overlooking indian boundary park that look like castles.
Holy…smokes.
This unit has been for sale for ages….
It is, however, unique, even among the medieval buildings lurking nearby, from what I can tell.
I’m not digging the purple color scheme on the tudor-like facade, tho.
Not a bad price. Its unique and big.
It seems like a good price to me. Does anyone have an inside scoop on why this place hasn’t sold?
Another absolutely gorgeous West Rogers Park vintage. I tell you, that neighborhood is STUFFED with some of the most beautiful and whimsical vintage apartments and houses in the midwest U.S.
But it’s overpriced. Let’s get these prices down so this place and places like it over there can SELL and save that great neighborhood. It’s really having some problems these days.
I don’t follow the neighborhood at all – but it does seem cheap to me too. I have NO desire to live in West Ridge or Rogers Park – and i’m clearly not alone. I agree with laura – there is some absolutely stunning real estate there tho.
Awesome unit, not-so-great price even for 2000 square feet.
Rogers Park and Uptown are experiencing a huge crime wave / gang war. I would imagine that has something to do with it.
We’ve had at least 4 shoot outs this summer alone, within a block of my condo…stuck until it cleans up or market improves.
