  1. Trying to sell for two years? LMAO.

This has to be listed by quite possibly the most stubborn homeowner or worst RE agent(s) ever. Nothing to see here folks..move along.

(beautiful unit though, I’ll follow this all the way to foreclosure)

  2. Nice patio but I can’t see why it would be worth a huge premium

  3. I wonder if this is really a short sale or just a gimmick to get someone to make an offer. Either way, the market has spoken: this place is overpriced.

  4. I like it, if it had just a little bit more square footage, it’d be a deal at that price, that location, a Michigan Ave. address, etc.

  6. More CMK design type garbage; at that price??? You need to drop it to $295K and then maybye it might get a look.

  7. They’ve based their price on comparables to nearby building like the Avenue Tower II and that new building on 14th/Michigan, both of which are steps from this building (you can see Tower II on the pictures). This part of South Michigan has changed a LOT in the last few months… there’s going to be some plastic/cosmetic surgery place and a “health-type” food place on that new building in 14th/Michigan. Ha-ha, the shops that follow rich people… I want a McDonald’s.
