  1. This seller paid peak prices and is now trying to get out without taking too much of a hit. Sorry when you buy at the peak and the market turns south and you need to sell in two years you are going to take a bigger hit than 7k (+ realtor fees).

    Beautiful unit but I don’t think a 30k reduction from ask, or a 7k reduction from peak prices, will drum up much interest in this market. I see this unit selling for upper 300s if they are lucky.

  2. Does anyone know if the lofted area is being considered the “2nd bedroom”? It looks like it from the pictures.
