Test of the Spring Market Was Successful for 907 S. Miller

In April, we chattered about whether this 3-bedroom duplex down at 907 S. Miller in the University Park/Tri-Taylor neighborhood would finally sell after nearly 2 years on the market and several reductions.

The answer is “yes.”

See our prior chatter here.

The unit closed for slightly under the 2004 purchase price, however.

  5. Might have been bought by a suburban dad for his kid attending UICC, with intent of filling remaining two bedrooms with other rent-paying kids to service mortgage.
