As Eric pointed out yesterday, this vintage 2-flat at 4735 N. Whipple in Ravenswood Manor recently closed.

We last chattered about it in December 2009. See our prior chatter here.

The top unit was 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and the first floor unit was 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. There was a 2 car garage.

Each unit had a washer/dryer but no central air.

  1. You can see the immediate neighborhood and visit the very active Ravenswood Manor Park in this video, shot several years ago:

  2. 86% of the original asking price. Is that the new norm in Albany Park?

    Joe,

Ravenswood Manor ends at Sacramento to the West.

    Welcome to Chicago.

  3. My video is shot east of Sacramento. I know where Ravenswood Manor ends and so noted in my neighborhood list:

Sabrina’s the one who placed Whipple in RM, not me.

Welcome to accuracy and attention to detail.

  5. Sabrina, I think you should start demanding a percentage of Joe’s rake for his constant shilling on your site.

  7. Dan,

Sabrina got the boundaries wrong, not me. My video’s in RM, Whipple isn’t.

  8. “Georgian 2-Flat”

Maybe there’s a style of Georgian architecture that I’m not familiar with? My definition fits with Wikipedia’s:
