Listed at $320,000, most of you thought this was overpriced.
It was withdrawn and recently re-listed reduced by $10,000 to $310,000.
If you recall, this loft has 14-foot ceilings and an open floor plan with the bedroom on a “second” floor/half floor without full walls.
It has exposed brick walls and timber ceilings and large industrial sized windows.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and butcher block counter tops.
The listing says the bathroom has been rehabbed.
It has central air, washer/dryer in the unit and parking is available for $30,000.
Will the $10,000 reduction make the sale?

I wonder if this is a beautiful building whose time has come and gone. Is the loft crowd still interested in Lincoln Park, or have they moved their preferences to Wicker Park, South Loop and other loft-oriented neighborhoods?
