  3. There is nothing special about this place to be touting that it was renovated by an architect owner.

    Perhaps it’s a distortion with the picture, but what’s with the super narrow bathroom vanity (pic 11).

    It was a 2-bed, not on the corner. The ’00 purchase was the corner 1-bed.
