  1. I saw that they are basically asking for best offers by Monday.

The market is hot, hot, hot.

Anything that is priced “reasonably” will be sold in the first week.

  2. This is a somewhat “meh” section of Lincoln too. Yes, new WF going in at Belmont, but there’s a lot of empty storefronts in this area.

  3. “a lot of empty storefronts in this area”

And a lot of those that aren’t empty filled with random stuff that’s not a neighborhood asset for many/most.

And that’s counting the Army-Navy store as a big plus. Just a weird couple of blocks.

  4. Contingent.

Yeah – – this is a meh area….and kind of meh roof deck access. I hope they get a good deal on it.

    Thanks for the update.

The realtor wanted best offers by Monday, so you knew it was hot.

A 1-bedroom loft at the Cinema Lofts just a half a block away on Belmont just went under contract in 9 days. Apparently there are plenty of people who don’t think this is a “meh” area.
