    Cool space. But that kitchen is shockingly small/limited. How to host “15 guests for a dinner party” using that kitchen as your cooking/prep space? Buyers will want more kitchen for $2 million, IMO.

  2. Agreed about the kitchen. It looks like, from the floor plan, that the refrigerator is two small fridges tucked in under the counter.

    But it could work as a place for a singleton who doesn’t cook much. Lol.

    I’ll be interested to see what it ultimately sells for. Very unique.

  3. cool space but why would anyone pay 2m to live over here. proximity to the Hideout is a plus but there is absolutely no neighborhood here.

    Much more like East Bucktown than West Lincoln Park–which **CLEARLY** ends at the river.

    Everyone knows what I’ll say about the appliances: what cheap pieces of shit for any $2m house.

    Whole thing (including the adjoining 7000 sf) is asking $4.7m:
