Is it really a fireplace if you can’t have a fire?
The barstools have like 3” of space under the countertop
Even with the high end appliance this place feels like an Invsco property
June 2008 for $1.135 million + C-S (condo, sa) = $1.247m
So, better than average!
May 2018 for $1.37 million + C-S (condo, sa) = $1.569m
Oof. That’s about the same as ’08 sale + CPI, at $1.539m
“The barstools have like 3” of space under the countertop”
That has nothing to do with the countertop. Someone just didn’t understand the difference b/t counter and bar height stools.
It’s not even as relevant as “the couch is too big”, which at least may point out that a living area is on the smaller side.
Is the W/D in the primary bath, behind the door? If not, where?
“That has nothing to do with the countertop. Someone just didn’t understand the difference b/t counter and bar height stools.”
Didnt say the CT was the problem, only that it looks dumb
Didnt this building have some serious work done post construction?
Feels really cramped!!! Aren’t the bulk of the lake views going away as the spire site is set to be developed? Somme of those town homes are selling and one or two I have noticed were practically fire-sale pricing.
I think I would have attached the 3rd bath to the 3rd bedroom and carved out a little bit of that massive WIC next to the living room for a powder…
Without decent views I can’t imagine paying so much to live in this building. And I don’t love the location, either. I’ve always felt this area was isolated.
Sorry, I’m a little under the weather tonight so I’m not doing a post to launch early in the morning. I’m hoping to get a new post up tomorrow by noon though.
