This is a corner unit which fronts on Schubert, not on Racine.
It has a 20-foot timber ceiling in the living room with a stone wood burning fireplace.

will be interesting.
I would 1,000% pay the 13% more for a corner unit, even if everything else were identical. But I think the kitchen and 3d floor bath are both much nicer in this one, and having the hvac and laundry behind doors is preferable, too.
Reference to storage in the association amenities–where could that be?

It’s certainly longer (or wider if you orient it that way)–the front door is on the side facing south, as seen in the first pic. About 4′ more.
The pix do also look wider the N-S dimension, but the floorplans seems to say they’re (basically?) the same width.

Bedroom room sizes are larger on this unit than the one you posted to which closed. It appears to be bigger.
Overall a pretty solid cozy place imo. Love the garden, could put like a koi pond out there.
The framing of the bedroom views are lel though, one of a set of dumpsters another of the electrical converter.
The entryway vaulted space is solid. Rooms a bit small, but likely just used as offices or baby rooms.
The outdoor parking is the biggest negative here imo. For $700K I want my ride shielded from the elements.
This has a lot more charm than the typical townhome from its era. Certainly the style isn’t for everyone, but at least it’s not cookie cutter. Nice outdoor area as well.
