Simply put, prior leases averaged $2,432/month and replacement leases averaged $2,433/month.
Hey, my wife and i are moving to chicago and want to move into the regatta. Does anyone have a complete list of rental units. We are looking to move in ASAP.
Check the MLS and Craigslist. That should give you the most reliable list of availability.
