Nice, but with all that space, no sauna? The yoga mats and massage tables don’t really need to be out all of the time. I bet a meaningful portion of the small pool of would be buyers of this unit would want one (and no, the steam shower does not suffice).
Where did Zillow get that $2.2 number?
I see a three unit assemblage over a few years (2010-2014) for a total of about $3m.
One of those units previously belonged to Joe Morningstar.
