“Redfin Estimate: $3,362,976”
Is this new? I don’t recall seeing this on Redfin listings before.
“Is this new? I don’t recall seeing this on Redfin listings before.”
I noticed the same thing and thought the same thing. I don’t know. I didn’t look around last night at a bunch of listings. Is this a new Redfin feature? With them estimating the price?
What’s the point of that?
I guess because Zillow does it they have to do it to? It seems meaningless to me.
“Very beige”
Beige sells. It’s very neutral. It doesn’t offend anyone. You could literally arrive with a suitcase and move right in.
I would love to live here and would change little, if anything, upon moving in.
now THATS a penthouse… not your shitty duplex up on the 3rd floor of a cinderblock 3 flat
very nice looking, that frosted glass room would be a great candidate for those electric film shades or smart glass or whatever its called
I think the Redfin estimate is new. I never noticed it until today.
Great unit but you have to wonder if a 3 BR configuration wouldn’t be much more marketable at a $3.7 million price point. Given the 4400 square feet and 3.5 baths, there should be some reasonable way to carve out another bedroom.
Reminds me of 14A at 159 Walton where they took a 3Br and converted it to a beautiful 1Br. They couldn’t sell so they converted it to a 2BR and are still trying to sell for $2.35 million.
“I think the Redfin estimate is new.”
I did poke around a bit, and it is not on every listing. Maybe half of those I looked at.
Not a fan of this building. Electric ranges, leased parking and 7.5′ ceilings. This may have 15′ ceilings in the living rooms but the baths and other rooms are unlivable.
I doubt that you could have bought 4,400 sf, even in 1997, for $925,000. Maybe the unit was combined with another?
Awesome place.
Funny though, I was in a high end antique place today, admiring all the deep Western Civ history in high-end antiques, and then you see this. Nice, but devoid of any history or culture.
PS Pic 11 has to be one of the coolest ever seen on CC.
Too bad they followed picture #11 (a great shot) with picture #12 (a WTF shot).
Wow… I love this unit. And a great building–my parents have an in-town condo here (a small 1 BR that’s nothing like this).
