  1. Let me first say , I love this blog I have been learning alot about the different condos in Chicago, thanks. I went to look at a condo in this building (not the one shown) and I was told parking is available on the street or one can rent a space in an open lot nearby. What struck me as not right about the buidling for me is the front door opens to an open courtyard. I just could not bring myself to consider a place picturing myself struggeling with my groceries while the rain is pouring to get inside my front door. I guess once I am in the building I want shelter to my front door.

  4. Does anyone know if there are lofts still available in this building? I see one floating around there, but I can’t get much info about the building, has it been under foreclosure recently? Has anyone sold to anyone or bought anything in this building recently? The lastest info I can find is from 2008/2009. appreciate any feedback!

There’s nothing on the market right now.

This building was part of the Loftminium conversion around 2000- wasn’t it?
