“ The listing says the decks were just re-done.”. – yeah, no.
Building reserves have to be around $0
Not a bad looking unit, space is useable, though the deck/MBr sunroom would have been better served as a 3rd Br.
There’s about a $1k/mo difference between the buyers and the current owners monthly nut. Doesn’t seem realistic.
I like it. Bummer that the neighbor’s windows look directly down on the roof deck (maybe install an awning or something for both privacy and weather?). Would probably put the tv (don’t see theirs) on one of those retractable arm mounts on the wall where the couch backs up, and cover most of the fireplace wall with some sort of stone. Agree with ju that the little deck should have been interior space. Dig the GD wine bottle displayed but would be better in the kitchen (hope these folks aren’t among the thousands who talk through the entire shows at Wrigley). I bet it’s under contract this weekend.

Power washing and a water-based spray on isn’t ‘redone’ in your book? Looks a lot better than about 3 out of 4 we see here.

Agree on better,
Doesnt look like it was stained, just washed IMO

Many of the local services follow with a spray on or roll on water-based clear sealant of some sort. Just good enough to make it through two winters, and then hire them again.
Great location. This is reflected in the price.
Reduced to $609k, and then taken off the market.
