I’m sorry but when brokers get lazy about ceiling height, they need to be fired. There is no way those ceilings are 14 feet – maybe 11 or perhaps 12.

If they can get the asking rent, they should hold on to it. But it doesn’t look like a $3.25 psf rental to me.
