3-Bedroom Lincoln Park Condo Lives Like a SFH for $1.099 Million: 1307 W. Wrightwood

This 3-bedroom duplex down in 1307 W. Wrightwood in Lincoln Park came on the market in September 2024.

Built in 2011, this condo complex has 19 units and attached heated garage parking. It’s an elevator building.

This unit has its own private entrance and the listing says it lives like a single family home.

The main floor has hardwood floors, the living room, dining room, kitchen and primary suite.

The kitchen is open to the dining and living rooms and has white cabinets with Bosch, Wolf and Subzero appliances, stone countertops and an island with seating for 3.

The primary suite has a large walk-in-closet and a white marble spa bath with steam shower, double vanities and a separate tub.

There’s a half bath on the main floor as well.

The other two bedrooms, a shared full bath, a second half bath, a family room and an office/playroom are on the lower level.

There’s also a mudroom on the lower level.

This unit has two outdoor spaces, a covered deck off the main level with a hard gas line, which leads to a brick patio in the private fenced yard, which wraps around the building.

The yard has “mature” landscaping and a chipping/putting green.

The unit has central air, a laundry room in the lower level and 1 attached heated garage space is included with a second attached space available to purchase.

The listing says it’s in the Oscar Mayer school district and close to 4 parks, Starbucks and the Avli restaurant.

Listed at $1.099 million, is this a single family home alternative for those who want to spend $1 million and want to live in Lincoln Park?

Jennifer Mills at Jameson Sotheby’s has the listing. See the pictures here (sorry no floor plan in the current listing but the 2017 listing has it.)

  1. “lives like a single family home”

Don’t see many SFH in Chicago with none of the kids’ bedrooms on the same floor as the parents.

  2. I only see two bedrooms…what am I missing? Or is the room with the exercise bike and sports memorabilia the other “bedroom.”

Terrible staging. Need to put half the stuff in the lower level in storage.

No one seems to want to live here for very long whereas people actually stay in SFHs longer than this so I am going to go out on a limb and say they are lying about it living like a SFH.

    Yes.

  4. Back to 2013 pricing! Wow. Investing in Chicago sure does suck.

If you close your eyes, plug your ears (neighbors above), and drink a handle of vodka, this duplex down totally “lives like a SFH”!!!
