Seller is reaching for the stars! I would have guessed ~$750k if I hadn’t seen the price.
Floor plan with guests having to traipse through the master in order to get to the back deck is stinky and the street noise on the Halsted side will be significant. Not for me! I am not sure how this goes for over $700K personally.
I offer 515k for this turdola, take it or leave it!
“This building is near the Dom’s Market”
Only a fire station away!
How active is that firehouse??
To the unit:
Is it really $200k better than this (it’s nicer, imo, but…):

Living next to a firehouse is fine. They don’t turn on their sirens AT the firehouse. They turn them on down the street. Beware all of those who live on Dearborn, a couple of blocks north of the firehouse in River North. They definitely turn on the sirens by the time they are up the street. Lol.
“I offer 515k for this turdola, take it or leave it!”
You can offer whatever you like but that’s not realistic in this market.
Is there another city in the U.S. where they install wood floors on the diagonal? I’ve lived here since ’85 and I never get it. What is up with this in Chicago?
delisted, and was listed for rent @$5,800, appears to hav rented.
The RF estimate is funny:
Mar-24 = $764k
Apr-24 = $935k
May-24 = $742k
Closing of Dom’s really hurt the value!
“Closing of Dom’s really hurt the value!”
Maybe! Lol.
