I like that there’s a window at the kitchen sink.
I get that not every place will have views, especially not a SFH/SFH alternative, but it’s unfortunate that the living areas look out at those particular buildings.
Bedroom locations aren’t great for most families.

Look at the 2016 pictures to get a better feeling how this lives as a family residence. In its current staging, it looks better suited for 1-2 people.
A few years ago I made an offer on one of these units. This building is a gem.
I really like the lighting upgrades. It makes a place without much natural light more livable.

The website shows people in it, but in the walkthrough it really doesn’t seem big enough to fit people. Plus, getting in and out of it seems like it would be annoying for a healthy person and impossible for everyone else.
I wouldn’t normally comment on decor, but it’s as though they designed that room specifically for that chair.
I wonder if the poor views and lack of natural light ultimately drive people out of here. Seems strange that a unit of this size and calibre has been listed 3 times in 8 years.
