  3. Views are great, unfortunately the execution is lacking. The stairs really throw a wrench into the useable space.

    I love me some outdoor space, but I’m not seeing the benefit of the 2 balconies

    Rental options w/o the outdoor space, but a more workable floor plate for $2k less a month

    Not sure who this unit is marketed to other than someone allergic to color

    I think this place illustrates the difficulty of showing “masterful” work in photos. To me – your average idiot – this looks like an ordinary white kitchen and rather unremarkable bath. I’m not saying it isn’t quality stuff, it just doesn’t really communicate it in pictures.

    Keep in mind, some of the most high end things – wristwatches for example – can look unremarkable to most people but are designed to communicate the quality to only those in the know.

    It’s a reasonable argument that the renovations were “needed” to maintain the relative standard of the unit in 2024 v 2008.

    You see that when looking at the smaller un-reno’d units.

    This building put the same kitchens and baths in every single unit. It’s been 17 years. Styles change. It’s nice to see a unit that actually put in a new kitchen.

    Who wants to live in this building without the outdoor space? That would be silly. South facing also preferred, by far. Another new building is going up on the north side so there’s going to be more construction noise over there.

    Really unique. It’s fun and I would consider it if I only needed a bigger one bedroom. It’s definitely a great in-town unit.
