I live right at 910 S Michigan and have always wondered what the inside of this building looked like. I like the area a lot as it is steps from the lakefront, the gardens, CTA, stores…etc

Such a beautiful building. Can’t say I like the renovation. I’d rather buy it run down for 100k less, tbh.
I’ll be damned! That’s the unit that we bought and sold for some clients of ours. They made out really well on the unit. They’re the ones that did the renovations, which were not cheap. The kitchen was gutted. The prior owners had configured the place less than optimally and my clients had to fix things.
That is green granite and it is beautiful. I was never a fan of the assessments in that building 🙂
Beautiful building, but the reno is rather bland.
$754/mo HOA is not bad for a high rise with a doorman, and overall high level of service and amenity.
And the taxes are a gift.. almost ridiculously low.
Never pay too much attention to current property taxes. The only reason they would be low is if the county has the property undervalued. Eventually they catch on. And if it’s too high you can appeal them.
