Not for this cramped and awkward unit. No way!
Seems like it’s a building full of weird spaces.
It’s too bad they chopped them into 4 per floor, instead of 2, but not surprising as it was done in ’87.
Original price for this unit was $155k. +cpi = $375k.
The ’09 price–which is the basis for the current price–just seems out of place high, especially for the middle of the bust.
It is much nicer than the other ‘dome’ unit, which sold earlier this year:

Not my cup of tea but this will be contingent within a week.
On the plus side: Those windows and that woodwork – just gorgeous; dedicated office space
One the minus side: Cheapo reno of the kitchen and one of the baths; dated fixtures in the other bath; spiral staircase + weird stairs to the deck; 4th floor walkup
On the “can’t decide” side: Roof deck is nice with a great view, but if your neighbors are out on their deck, you have no privacy.
Price seems reasonable-ish to me. Place across the hall sold for less, but it is only a 1-bath.

Second bath makes a BIG difference in price.
How much extra do you have to pay for deliveries to the forth floor? My parents could never visit.
I would go with Tuesday’s selection if these were my only options at this price point. A bit far west, but there is still a lot of room for new development nearby.
Great view once you get there, but that’s a LOT of steps!! and will rule out a lot of potential buyers. Half-flight up to 1st floor from street, then 3 more full flights and the floors are all extra-height– ad for 1st floor unit says 11 ft. ceiling!)
