Nothing inside this building can overcome the ‘suburban senior living’ vibe of the exterior.
Terrible waste of this location.
Seems rather small for the price, though I guess that reflects the location. Good to see parking included too. That’s worth a lot. Besides size and lack of much charm, I don’t see many problems with this unit. The building itself is OK, I suppose, but there’s a suburban look to it, as if it would fit right in across the street from the Arlington Heights Metra station. And anyone who wants a view from their near-north condo could find better choices.
