  2. Perfect for a family. A little tight but with a location like this, the city is your playground. Who needs indoor space when the lake front is but a few blocks away and cultural entertainment everywhere!

  3. HD, have you ever seen “Tiny House Hunters?” There was an episode where a family of 4 specifically wanted a house no bigger than 600 square feet. They wanted to be “closer” as a family. Just seeing the episode make me feel anxious.

  6. Why, in a big open room, would you suddenly put tiles in the open kitchen? I suppose that changing out the floors in such a small place wouldn’t be too costly at least.
