    Big improvement with the reno. $6k/mo seems like it’s going to be a challenge in low amenity building

    Kinda sad that after 9 years the owners will probably lose money

  2. 25C is contingent @$625k, listing has a floorplan–but the 2d bath appears to be missing:

    This one is a lot nicer/more-current finished, but you lose a lot of view vs 25.
