$745k only included one parking space. The 2015 seller sold the 2d parking space to other people in 2016 for $45k.
Yikes, $750K for a mid 2/2 without parking in an area that’s not sure desirable to many… with a $1K HOA.
Views are nice and could make sense for a director walking over to a Loop job, but otherwise not much in that area after dark (and then you have to worry about teen takeovers in the summer).
You can get a better 2/2 in River North for $200K cheaper and have a social life after sunset.

“better” is relative…maybe comparable. big premium for that view which you can’t get in RN. we’ll see if someone pays for it.
