Crib Chatter Holiday Schedule

This is the quiet period for real estate (in Chicago and elsewhere.) Inventories are down as listings have been pulled and as sellers wait to list in early 2010.

Crib Chatter will be taking this time to contemplate, as we always do during this slow period, what will be the top Chicago real estate stories in the coming year.

Anyone have any suggestions?

In the meantime, Crib Chatter will be operating on a holiday shortened period this week and next week.

There will be no new posts on Thursday, December 24 or Friday, December 25.

There will also be no new posts on Thursday, December 31 and Friday, January 1.

Happy Holidays everyone. And keep sending me your tips and suggestions.

Thanks also to all of the agents who have generously supplied me with information and pictures during 2009.

Here’s to an interesting 2010 in Chicago real estate!

  5. Oh there are plenty of deal, they’re just in neighborhoods and suburbs that cribchatters wouldn’t be caught dead in.
