  1. another grey’d out unit… fuck do I seriously need to paint my place grey to sell it? so stupid… Those pillars on the kitchen Island would really bother me and the living room looks really small, and why is that fireplace so high up! And then you put the TV over that? wut da heck

  2. Expenses were definitely spared, otherwise custom dimension cabs would have been made and gone to the ceiling and not leaving a useless dust / knick nack space above and there would have been panel front appliances.

I personally would not want to be on a low floor at this corner and agree with sonies assessment of the TV/Fireplace. That is eventually going to hurt your neck. Otherwise it is ok…just overpriced and not particularly close to good transit.

Thought fireplace was fish tank on first look thru. Also, that kitchen backsplash…hard pass. That is my favorite color of hardwood floor though.

  4. Not bad for the era. Open and airy, with a cheerful feeling in the main room. Great location. The bedrooms are really small, however.

  6. I beg you photographer, move items out of the picture. Just take the balcony planters off. Empty planters shouldn’t be the main focus of the balcony shot. Move the excercise bike out of the way. After you take the photo, you can put it back. Ditto all the pillows on the bed, just move them out of the photo. Roll up the cow rug and put it away. You are not having an estate sale, you are trying to sell a unit.
