I love not living in a hallway
I’m not sure if I’ve ever seen a unit this narrow. Anyone who lives here is sacrificing width while also still having to deal with an upstairs neighbor. No thanks! Any improvements since the 2015 sale? If not, seems like pretty aggressive price appreciation.

Okay, so that’s $10K tops, likely closer to $7K. I guess that excuses the realtor from not including it in the description.

I like it – – I think it is priced a little too aggressively for what you get but it is cozy. I am not usually a fan of the powder room right near the kitchen / dining though. Also looks like the tank topper on one of the toilets is pretty badly chipped? Think they could fix that for such premium pricing 😉
I don’t think upstairs neighbor is that big of a concern here given the bedrooms are downstairs – – the worst is my friends duplex down where the kitchen / dining for the unit above hers is directly over the master bedroom…on top of that the female occupant likes to wear heels….indoors. THAT is a crap layout.
I saw a condo in the building last weekend at the open house. By the time the open house opened it had offers. The building is nice and I bet a lot of people want to be by the 606
Skinny and tall might look good on a spouse but not so much in a house.
