This unit seems to have a lot going for it. Love the patio and parking included. Kitchen is disappointing, however, and there’s something about the whole unit that just seems dull. Maybe it would look better with furniture,
I also don’t see a fireplace, which is kind of surprising in a house this age. I think lack of a fireplace really can hurt the appearance of a living room.
Still, at this price, you get a lot for your money.
The FP was likely removed, along with the rest of anything resembling character. Too bad.
So sad, Sid, and you’re probably right. What joker would remove a fireplace? Can’t believe this place didn’t originally have one, based on when it was built.
