Everyone took this week off huh?
This is a nice 2/2 with all the amenities. It also doesn’t face south, which is where an empty lot is which, inevitably, will be built on.
I will do the market conditions update with the November sales data and then take the rest of the week off. Lol.
Kudos to Ms/ Cara the listing agent

things I like
I actually love split bedroom floor plans. If you have a roommate, that means enhanced privacy. And if you are a couple, then someone can work remotely and take calls and not disturb whomever is in the bedroom.
HOA is fine too for this location, included items, unit size, etc.

one thing I don’t like
that fitness room could be improved
Jul-99 +CPI = $692k +C-S Condo = $705k
Dog ugly building. Nice enough unit.
ps: probably lagging bc the Starbucks next door closed.
completely agree building is UGLLLEEEE
but at least it has 2000s internals vs a lot of the 1970s alternatives in the Gold Coast.
taxes at 13k feel a little high to me
“taxes at 13k feel a little high to mec”
About right if it had kept up with CPI.
Someone needs to let Fritz know that the Starbucks is gone.
