Beautiful curb appeal and great location. I’ll pass though; needs a 5th bathroom. What if the whole family and the butler gets food poisoning? Would hate to draw the short straw in that situation. Isn’t it time we all start being irrationally exuberant again?
Another dream apartment. Place has everything.. lovely architecture, great views, fine location, and reasonable assessments for a place this age and size.
I’d change the kitchen- it’s a little too sterile.
Still, a great place, surprised it has not sold.
Though my FIRST choice, if I had the kind of money it would take to live in something like that, would be this place at 2430 N Lakeview, which I consider to be THE most beautiful vintage multi-family building in Chicago:
