    um.. its on the 2nd floor and you can see the frickin trees in every east facing window picture… da fuq you talking about Randy?

    Also why not list the sqft? This place looks freakin massive according to the floor plan

  2. I am sure I could make do here but for the money I would look elsewhere.

    Finishes are high end looking for sure but not a fan of the layout of the kitchen. Sink seems too far from the stove. Why wasn’t plumbing run to the kitchen island? Also not a fan of the fact that the outdoor living space can only be accessed from bedroom #2.

  3. If I recall correctly I looked at the top floor Unit of this building not too long ago – it had some beautiful outdoor space.

    This place has got some character and is huge – but being that low and close to Roosevelt and Michigan is going to be noisy. I also don’t think having the red line right around the corner is a great idea – – a lot of riff raff around there and in the jewel parking lot.

    At this price point id probably shell out a little bit more and get a 3 bed in one of the museum park towers.
