  1. Anyone who remembers the penthouse in this building…well, it puts all other units in it to shame. But ignoring that fact, I like this unit, building & area. I’m not sure I’d want a first floor unit for safety reasons. Toilet to anus parity is met, and exceeded! (Looking at you, Jenny). You’d have to really want that extra 1000-1300 sq ft to choose this loft over one in River North, plus the larger utility bill that comes with it.

    That being said, can’t you get a sfh in this area for the same price as this condo?

  3. the down part of this unit really makes me feel down… effing terible, love the midget closet though, great place to hide them
