  1. Completely underwhelming.

Anyone that is going to buy a condo from the late 90s/early 00s that is split face block construction should be very careful. It can be a disaster, and one that you have to work with all of your other fool neighbors to address.

  2. April 2002 for $487,500 +CPI = $852k
    July 2015 for $545,000 +CPI = $715k
    April 2018 for $580,000 +CPI = $728k

    “Is $700,000 the new price”

Seems like that’s a new low for this unit, even if they get the $15k for the parking spot.

It makes some sense, as you’ve got a lot of 22 year old features ($300 range, microhood, weird island, Uba Tuba (which I don’t hate), 2d bath with the vented glass block window (klassie!), master bath with partial tile in both tub AND shower) that are fully depreciated now.

If this were fully updated, sure. As is?? When were the HVAC and water heater replaced??

  3. Agree with TFO and Jon

They’ll probably get ask due to low inventory

  4. Would much prefer a townhouse setup for $700K.

I generally like the style (Wilco vinyl with floorstanding speakers, decent work nook, nice road bikes mounted above the kiddo bike haha), but for jus 2 beds and a medium deck and 1 parking space… it’s very expensive to me. Maybe they are paying for that nice school district?
