Looks like 8 sales in the past 5 years, which feels less than common, tho perhaps not ‘rare’. Only one sold in the past two years, which certainly fits.
Super dated finishes, but it’s fine other than the tiny kitchen–and even that works for some people. With that and the 3 toilets, would appeal to Jenny, except way too many kids around bouncing balls.
Not sure I agree this is terribly transit friendly part of Lincoln Park. You’re looking at 6 blocks to the Fullerton L, which is a nice walk until winter. You may get lucky and can catch a bus, but Fullerton traffic is pretty awful here. You’ll probably end up walking much of the time.
