  3. Seems reasonable considering 2753 N WAYNE St Unit C sold on 8/21/09 for $376K and it only had 1.5 baths. (I’d love a floorplan of both units because they look identical and I’m not sure where this unit has crammed in a second bath.) I love an attached garage, but I hate the narrow living room with no easy way to put a couch facing the TV and to have the TV at eye level. And why are the assessments so high if they only include water plus the usual other trash/snow, etc.? I think I looked at unit C back when it was for sale and couldn’t believe how many of the nearby buildings had empty beer cans and solo cups strewn all over their balconies. This area looked like beer-pong central.

  6. I’m gonna say this is a deal. It is right near that bar Maeve but nobody goes there so not really a negative. The people that work there do yell out to random people walking by to offer them a free shot though. Then when they pour it they keep pitching the bar and for you to bring back your group of friends. Its like a two minute informercial for a free shot. I always promise them that’s the night I’m bringing back that big group of friends.

    I should tell them I’m gonna bring back my best friend Godot and I bet they won’t get it.
