It also says there is parking but I don’t think this building has parking. Maybe it is rental in the neighborhood?
At 1800 square feet, it is as big as most of the new construction 3-bedroom units.
Listed at just $349,000, is Buena Park a deal compared to other north side Lake neighborhoods?

Nice place, layout is not optimal for getting to the bathrooms, the step up from the foyer is odd. IMO its a 1Br with a nice entertainment room Vs a 2Br
Is there a special assessment thats driving the HOA fees?

It’s charming and has a lot of space for a 2-bed, but the assessments are killer. Probably the result of an old building that doesn’t have that many units to share the costs.
I love the look, but the floor plan makes no sense. Why is there a bedroom between the kitchen and dining room? Was this the original dining room? Maybe if I bought it, I’d make that the DR again and close off the breakfast room to make it back into a bedroom (I assume it was the maid’s room in the old days).
