  1. This is a two bed one bath folks . . . and a small one at that! I am not sure there is a market for starter homes of this ilk anymore or that the folks who could afford to pay so much for such a small unit are interested in leaving their lux new construction rentals with tons of amenities to experience the joys of a small condo association and the uncertainty of future tax hikes. I will be shocked if this sells for more than $350K. I still cannot get over what they paid in 2013. What were they thinking – – you could still negotiate in 2013.

  2. “This is a two bed one bath folks”

This, like most vintage 2/1s, is really a 1+den(nursery)/1. No one past college age is really going to be happy with sharing this space with a roomie (as opposed to SO), and even the college aged would be unhappy at anything like this cost.

Nice enough for a single, tho. But why assume the risk of ownership, when you can rent something better for about the same price?

  3. They are trying so hard to dress this place up with the light fixtures etc..but dang. You really can’t put lipstick on a pig.

I will eat my shoe if someone pays anything over 375, which is far from worth it.
