  1. There is no directly comparing this with yesterday’s down the street, but I like the spaces of this one a lot more (even completely ignoring the personal decor). If you could over lay this onto 3030, I’d think it was great.

    But I know many people prefer the more open spaces that 3030 offers.

  2. Looking for a unicorn who wants to pay $1.3 mln plus $4,000 a month in fees and taxes to not have parking and look straight into other buildings.
