what an ugly kitchen and in general a lame flat. I find the black and white combo so diner looking. If only they had some red, it would look like typical dinner.
A pretty nice sized deck for a 2/2:

How many apartments that look EXACTLY like this did they build between 2000 and 2008? Absolutely nothing special about this. Except for the white cabinets…
TftinChi: Well, if you don’t like it, there is a non cookie cutter place–just scroll down–or, I understand that there is a non cookie cutter funeral parlor on the market awaiting your ideas.
Is that office-grade carpet in the office?
This is a below-average commodity 2/2. Deck of the BR…friggin A.
This is a bad buy above $250k.
Can’t tell for sure, but from the floor plan (linked to by Max), it looks like the deck is accessed from both the bedroom (lame) and the hallway. If so, that is a pretty good sized outdoor space, the place looks to be in fairly decent shape, and it has a garage (which is arguably best selling point this place has going for it). I’d be surpised if it goes for more than $300k, and wouldn’t be surprised if it goes for $275k. There’s just too many other 2/2s in the mid-300ish range that are in better locations.
This will sell for 330ish
not a terrible place by any means but not spectacular
Its just vanilla…and dated (looks 90’s to me).
“This will sell for 330ish”
Come on. No way above $300. This is only marginally better than that 2/2 at 3014 N Sheffield that sold for $227k w/ parking.
i’ll bet you it does… one its in lincoln park not lakeview, its a bit larger than 3014, and not next to craptastic college bars like mad river and the El tracks
I’m with Sonies on this one.
Far more d-bags around the 3000 block of N Sheffield, that’s for sure.
Hey brau..I just bought a condo for 500k but its all, like totally legit, cuz I got a guy who got me the loan cuz he likes me. Let’s goto Kirkwood’s beer garden, brau, so I can get drunk and talk loudly about my awesome real estate purchase to impress the ladies!
225.5k in 97 is ~ 318k in 11.
hmm . . . I want ‘unders’ on the inflation-adjusted price.
i just love how from the second bedroom to get to the bathroom you have to walk through the kitchen turn the corner and walk down the “OMG this is narrow” hallway that is only as wide as a standard door.

Especially for those who prefer to walk around nude.

the worst will be on the “special mornings” and have to go pee. you wont be able to turn sideways and fit in the hallway 😉
